Our Services
Explore our three core service areas — Baby Care, Nanny Services, and Household Staffing. Every role explained.
Baby Nurses, Baby Specialists & Postpartum Doulas
Our #1 specialty. Certified newborn care professionals who support parents through the most important and challenging early weeks.

In Florida, they're called Baby Nurses. In New York, Postpartum Doulas or Baby Specialists. In other parts of the country, Newborn Care Specialists (NCS). The role is the same — expert overnight and daytime infant care for families in the critical first weeks and months.
Our baby nurses are fully certified, background-checked, and have documented experience caring for newborns, premature infants, twins, and multiples. They establish feeding schedules, lead sleep training, assist with breastfeeding support, and give parents the gift of rest.
Overnight Baby Nurse
Works the overnight shift (typically 9pm–7am) so parents can sleep. Handles all night feeds, diaper changes, and settling. A complete lifesaver for exhausted new parents.
12-Hour Day Shift
Daytime coverage for families who need support while managing work, other children, or recovery. Handles feeds, naps, bathing, and developmental activities.
24-Hour / Live-In Baby Nurse
Round-the-clock newborn care with on-site overnight availability. Ideal for families with multiples, premature infants, or those who need continuous professional support.
